Tariffs :

The price of the rent includes the electric and water consumption, the heating, the availability of the bed sheets, the house linens as well as the house-cleaning at the beginning and the end of the stay. The tax is to be added to our rates, it amounts to 0.40 € / person / night. (Only for people over 13 years)

Payment conditions :

The booking become definitive after the payment of the deposit corresponding at 30 % of the price of the rent by bank cheque, bank transfer or credit card.
Balance payment (70 % of the rent) at the handing over of the keys.

Guarantee :

Guarantee (500€ in cash + 1 cheque of 1.000€ uncollected) paid at the handing over of the keys and resituated the day of the departure.

- House cleaning at the beginning and the end of the stay, if the length of your stay exceed 1 week, their would be a supplementary cleaning in the middle of your stay (without additional cost).
